Part 1: The Release

(the story starts at the sentencing for Benjamin Brown. Benjamin was a serial killer that disguis'd himself as a traveling buiness man. he lived in a mt. airy philadelphia. he lived on a small and somewhat sacluded block named Johnson St.!!!! he would be sent on work trips and every time he went somewhere there would be a dead body as he left, raped and killed. after being fired from his job he stopped traveling and started raping and killing local women. the neighbor's started getting suspicious and told the police but with little proof the most the police could do is wait till he struck again. after a little layoff which seemed done to throw the cops off he restarted his raping and killings spree and was ulmost untouchable till he started to get a infatuation with one of his neighbors and after being turned down by her many times he tried to break in her house to rape her but the cops were there waiting for him in a set up that she agreed to participate in to catch him.)

(in the trial for Benjamin Brown there was no proof to the murders and rapes, just to him breaking in and trying to rape his neighbor. due to this he was only given 15 years. the reason for only 15 is because there was no proof of him trying to rape her due to the police busting him to soon, but he still had a gun on him so they wur able to put an attempted murder rap on him.)

*****************14 Years, 11 Months, 30 Days LATER*****************

(May and Gabriel Evans are in there home on Johnson St. its the morning and they are eating breakfast and talking)

Gabriel-hey baby can u pick up my dry cleaning later from Curtis's place cause i wont get off work till late tonight

May-sure baby! what time u gonna be workin till!

Gabriel-i'm not sure baby, i might have to sleep at the office to get this project done

May-u did that last week, i thought that was suppose to finish the project up

Gabriel-that was a diffrent project baby. u know i am tryna get that promotion so we can move to a new house

May-yeah i just dont like the hours your working

Gabriel-i promise baby, after this project i will walk in that office and plead my case about the promotion and wanting spend more time with my wife

(He Kisses May)

May-ok baby

(She Smiles. there sitting at there kitchen table. May gets up and walks to the tea pot and is pouring some tea. while pouring she looks at the news paper and realizes that Benjamin gets out tomorrow. she drops the tea pot and it breaks on the ground. giving a shock to her husband)

Gabriel-are u ok honey? whats wrong?

May-nothing!

(She Sigh's)

Gabriel-no whats wrong baby

May-remember i told u what happened!

Gabriel-honey! what are you talking about?

May-the man, the man who broke into the house

Gabriel-yes baby! what about him?

May-it was like 5 years before i met u and it was horrible and he broke in, he was a rapist and murder and i helped the police catch him. right in this house

Gabriel-yes baby you told me all this before

May-well dont u remember me telling u when he gets out

(Gabriel looks at the paper)

Gabriel-oh my goodness! i cant believe i forgot. the time has gone so fast.

May-he gets out tomorrow Gabriel, tomorrow. and he knows where i live

Gabriel-baby its not like he owns the house next to us. the Gipson's life over there now

May-i know

Gabriel-plus i'm sure he has alot more on his mind then you now that he is getting out. you said he was rich. i think he will be happy to get off with what he did and try to restart his life

May-your probably right

(there's a small pause)

Gabriel-oh my goodness, the time, i got to get to work honey

May-ok baby, have a good day, and i will bring your dry cleaning by the job incase u have to sleep at the job

Gabriel-thank you baby. i will see you later

(Gabriel leaves the house and gets in his car and goes to work)

*******30 Min Go By********

(May leaves the house and goes to her neighbor on the other side of her house. The Sanchez Family. she knocks on the door and Georgia Sanchez opens the door and lets May in.)

Georgia-you looked at the tv didnt you

May-close the newspaper

Georgia-i cant believe its already 15 years

May-yeah i never thought it would come

Georgia-or more like u didnt want it to

May-i just cant shake this feeling as of late that i'm being watched, you know, like when he was around those 15 long years back.

Georgia-well he is not out till tomorrow so its probably just worriedness

May-its not like that tho cause i didnt even think about him till this morning. i've been feeling this way for like a month. like somone is watching me during the day. i could swear i saw a man out my window the other day.

Georgia-its probably just the perve neighbors kids from down the block. i caught them in my window a few times. i gave them a show a few times

May-Georgia ur bad! u tease those young boys

Georgia-come on May, there spyin on me while i'm getting dressed, the leasr i can do is have a little fun with them

(Both Georgia and May laugh)

**************A Few Hours Go By**************

May-i got to go Georgia, i will see you later

Georgia-ok, i will come by your place tomorrow after Marco goes to work

May-ok talk to you later

(May goes to the cleaners to pick up her husbands stuff. she then takes it to his office where she leaves the clothes with his secritary because he is in a meeting. after leaving the clothes, she goes home and takes a bath and goes to bed)

(meanwhile Gabriel is at work and is having sex with his secritary in his office)

(NEXT Morning)

(May wakes up and Gabriel is next to her. he came in early in the morning. after cleaning up, may goes down stairs and starts on breakfast. she makes eggs, sausage, and pancakes. when the foods half done she picks up the phone and calls Georgia and tells her to come by and have some breakfast. After telling this she hangs up and turns the radio on. she heres them talking about the death penality and it reminds her of Benjamin. after a few seconds she gets the urdge to call the prision that he was at. someone picks up and they begin to talk)

Prison Employee-how can i help you

May-well i want to know about the status of an imate thats suppose to be released today

Prison Employee-whats there name?

May-Benjamin Brown!

Prison Employee-one second please. oh there must be some mistake because he was realeased already. maybe u mixed up dates

May-what u mean, was he released earlier today

Prison Employee-no our records show he was parolled 3 years ago

(just as thats said May drops the phone and is in complete shock by this turn of events)
